Public Service Agreement

This document constitutes a public offer (hereinafter — the "Agreement") pursuant to Article 437 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation and governs the provision of information and entertainment services by Pandorium.

1. Parties

Service Provider:

  • Status: self-employed (professional income tax payer, Federal Law No. 422-FZ)

Customer (User) — any individual who accepts this Agreement by performing an acceptance act.

Service — the Pandorium information and entertainment platform accessible at pandorium.app and via Telegram Mini App.

Acceptance — full and unconditional acceptance of this Agreement by: checking the "I accept the terms" checkbox before payment; completing a payment; or using any paid feature of the Service.

2. Services

The Service Provider delivers the following information and entertainment services:

  • Personalised astrological calculations (natal chart, transits, progressions, solar returns)
  • Compatibility analysis (synastry, composite chart)
  • Daily horoscopes with AI interpretation
  • Divination practices (Tarot, I Ching, Runes) powered by a quantum random number generator
  • AI consultations via the Oracle
  • Gamification system (levels, achievements, collections)
  • Pandora's Boxes with cosmetic rewards
  • Lunar calendar and astrological event calendar

Important: All services are provided for entertainment and informational purposes only and do not constitute medical, psychological, financial, or any other professional advice. Users act on information from the Service at their own risk.

3. Internal Currency — Energy

Access to Service features is governed by Energy, the platform's internal currency.

3.1. Feature Costs

  • Oracle message — 25 units
  • Tarot spread (3 cards) — 100 units
  • Celtic Cross spread — 250 units
  • I Ching (simple / full) — 75 / 150 units
  • Rune (single / Norns / cross) — 50 / 100 / 150 units
  • Synastry (basic / full) — 25 / 75 units
  • Transit horoscope — 25 units
  • Personal horoscope — 50 units

Subscriptions are valid for the paid period (one month). Auto-renewal is not applied. To continue, the User must make a new payment.

5. Payment

  • Bank card — processed via YooKassa (YooMoney LLC, licensed by the Bank of Russia). Supported: Visa, Mastercard, MIR, SBP. Card data is processed exclusively by YooKassa in accordance with PCI DSS.
  • Telegram Stars — via Telegram's built-in payment system. Star prices are shown on the payment screen.

The service is considered rendered upon crediting Energy / activating a subscription / issuing a Pandora's Box to the User's account.

The Service Provider applies the professional income tax (PIT) regime under Federal Law No. 422-FZ and issues receipts through the "My Tax" application.

6. Refund Policy

Pursuant to Article 32 of the Russian Consumer Protection Law, the User may cancel a service before it is rendered.

6.1. Refunds are available when:

  • Energy or a subscription was paid for but not used
  • A technical error resulted in a duplicate charge
  • The refund request is submitted within 14 days of payment

6.2. Refunds are not available when:

  • Purchased Energy has been partially or fully spent
  • A subscription has been activated and its benefits used
  • A Pandora's Box has been opened
  • More than 14 days have passed since payment

6.3. How to request a refund:

Email support@pandorium.app with your Telegram ID or email, the payment date, and the reason for the refund. Refunds are processed via the original payment method within 10 business days.

7. Obligations

7.1. The Service Provider undertakes to:

  • Maintain Service availability (at least 95% uptime per month)
  • Credit paid services in a timely manner
  • Keep User data secure
  • Respond to User inquiries within a reasonable time

7.2. The User undertakes to:

  • Provide accurate information during registration
  • Not use the Service for unlawful purposes
  • Not attempt unauthorised access
  • Not use automated tools for bulk requests

8. Limitation of Liability

  • The Service is provided "as is"
  • The Service Provider is not liable for decisions made by the User based on Service information
  • Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid by the User in the preceding 3 months
  • The Service Provider is not liable for interruptions caused by third parties or force majeure

9. Term and Amendments

This Agreement takes effect upon publication and remains in force indefinitely. The Service Provider may amend its terms. The current version is always available at pandorium.app/en/terms. Continued use of the Service after amendments constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Governing Law and Disputes

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Russian Federation. Disputes shall be resolved through negotiation; if no agreement is reached — through the courts at the Service Provider's place of residence.
