🦇 Lunar Day 9 — The Bat
Inauspicious dayAbout This Day
The ninth lunar day is one of the most challenging and potentially dangerous days in the entire lunar cycle. Its symbol — the bat — is a creature of shadow and illusion. The energy of this day stirs up fears, deceptions, and latent conflicts from the depths of the unconscious. The chest and the energy of the heart center are especially vulnerable. For the experienced spiritual practitioner, however, this day offers a rare opportunity for shadow work: facing suppressed fears consciously and beginning to dissolve them. Awareness and self-observation are the most powerful tools you have today.
